The South Korean manufacturer announced the launch of this product back in October 2013 and released it on the same month. It is one of those recently released Samsung phone in the market. Samsung released several models of phone at the end of last year.

The Samsung Galaxy Round G910S feature the following features:

Design: The Galaxy Round G910S has a dimension of 5.95×3.13×0.31 inches and weighs in at 154 grams. It has a beautifully curved display and body. It runs on the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) operating system.

Display: It is equipped with a curved display that is 5.7 inches big, with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and a pixel concentration of 386 ppi. The screen is also a Super flexible AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and can display more than 16 million spectrums of colors.

Hardware: Under the hood it packs a Quad Core 2.3 GHz, Krait 400 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. This processor is supported by a 3 GB RAM which makes it quite a fast processing smartphone. It has an internal storage of 32 GB which can be expanded to up to 64GB via a microSD card.

Camera: It has a primary camera of 13MP and a resolution of 4128×3096 pixels. Other features on the camera include LED Flash, auto focus, simultaneous image and video recording, dual shot, touch focus, smile detection, face detection, geo-tagging, panorama, image stabilization and HDR. It also features a Camcorder with 2160p@30fps and 1080p@60fps. It also has a front camera with 2MP, 1080p@30fps characteristics.

Connectivity and Technology: In terms of technology is supports the 2G Network (GSM), 3G Network (HSDPA) and 4G (LTE). In terms of connectivity it has GPRS, EDGE, HSPA+, LTE-A, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Infrared, microUSB (USB 3.0) and USB host.

Battery: It has a 2800 mAh Li-Ion battery that can power the phone for up to 370 hours on 2G Network, and up to 330 hours on 3G networks. It also supports up to 74 hours of music playback and 16 hours of talk time on standard 2G network.

Multimedia: It comes with a music player that arranges your music library in terms of playlists, artist and albums. It also has the option of playing in the background and showing the album art work. It supports the following audio files: FLAC, AC3, eAAC+, WAV and MP3. It can also play the following formats of video files: H.263, H.264, WMV, Xvi, DivX and MP4 files.

Other Features: Other features that can be found on the Samsung Galaxy Round G910S include: TV-Out via MHL A/V link, air gestures, ANT+ support, SNS integration, Dropbox (up to 50GB of storage), voice commands, voice dialing and voice memos. It also has document editors such as PowerPoint, Word, PDF and Excel. In terms of messaging, it has RSS, Push Mail, Email, MMS and SMS threaded view.

Pros: It has a suitably large screen, with good resolution and high pixel density. A high quality camera of up to 13MP coupled with good resolution. Fast mobile data connection 4G among others.

Cons: There is very little to disappoint with the Samsung Galaxy Round G910S smartphone. It can be fairly stated that it’s a good smartphone to have, unless where personal preference make the difference: a user who prefers a smaller-sized phone.

Verdict: The Samsung Galaxy Round G910S is a smartphone worth every penny spend on it.
